Equally important is the role we play in the post-acquisition phase of the transaction.  Failure to get all of the benefits and synergies from an acquisition is often due to poorly handled integration of the merging companies and insufficient post-merger planning. We know the importance of this part of the transaction and work closely with our clients in the development of the post-transaction integration plan.
