Strategic Planning

Agribusiness companies’ and organizations’ strategic plans need to be dynamic. D.W. Block Associates has years of successful experience in developing plans that are practical, and achieve our client's goals. We work with our clients to use all of the resources within the firm or organization as well as bring an outside perspective that keeps the plan realistic and our clients competitive.

The planning process varies depending on the needs and capabilities of the client. Some planning projects include extensive outside research as part of the situation analysis. Other projects rely exclusively on internal resources through facilitating planning meetings with management teams, boards of directors and various company personnel.

Once the plan has been developed we then work closely with our clients in the implementation and monitoring of the plan.
