Management Team Focus Program
Utilizing a proven facilitation process,
Daniel Block leads senior management teams, executive boards,
or task forces in developing a strategic vision, direction and action
plan to achieve an organization’s objectives. This annual program includes
quarterly follow-up sessions to update the plan during the year. Our clients
use this dynamic program of planning and review to be more responsive
to the ever-changing agribusiness market and economic environment.
Senior Manager Focus Program
An annual program of one-on-one coaching
designed to maximize a CEO’s, or senior manager’s effectiveness.
Each coaching session is tailored to meet the objectives of the individual
manager. Such objectives may be preparation for a higher-level management
position, enhancement of leadership and communication skills, time management
and organizational skills, financial analysis skills, or support in developing
business strategies and tactics.
Acquisitions and Alliances
Our understanding of agribusiness strengthens our client’s capabilities
to identify, qualify and negotiate with potential partners for mergers,
acquisitions or marketing alliances. We facilitate both the search for
qualified firms as well as the due diligence, negotiations and subsequent
integration of a newly formed venture.
Marketing Planning and Research
We provide companies the expertise and support to develop comprehensive
marketing plans for new and existing products and programs. Addressing
all the strategies in the marketing mix, these plans can include the market
research necessary for formulating an action plan that achieves our clients’ market
share and profit objectives. Such plans can be for U.S. domestic or international
markets.
